Wan 2.7 T2V - MixRoute API

Wan 2.7 T2V generates video with synchronized audio from text and optional driving audio. Output geometry uses resolution and ratio. Use the exact model ID wan2.7-t2v with the MixRoute Video Generations API.

Retain the submitted MixRoute task ID. Query video task status until SUCCESS or FAILURE. On SUCCESS, read data.result_url; the raw upstream output and usage are in data.data.
