使用完整版本 ID command-a-plus-05-2026；不要将 Cohere 原生 v2 请求结构直接套用到 OpenAI 兼容的 messages 格式。

字段	说明
`model`	必填，使用上方完整模型 ID。
`messages`	必填，会话消息包含 role 和 content。
`max_tokens`	可选，输出 token 预算。
