# Wan 2.6 I2V Flash

> Fast Wan 2.6 first-frame image-to-video model with an optional audio track.

## Capabilities and Usage

* Requires metadata.input.img\_url. Set metadata.parameters.resolution to 720P or 1080P; duration is an integer from 2 to 15 seconds.
* metadata.parameters.audio defaults to true. Set false for silent output; on I2V Flash it overrides input.audio\_url.
* Keep model at the root and input/parameters under metadata. Do not copy the Wan 2.7 media schema into Wan 2.6 requests.

## Request Example

Set `MIXROUTE_API_KEY` before making the request.

Replace the example.com URL with a publicly accessible source image.

## Request Fields

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| `model` | Required. Use the exact model ID above. |
| `metadata.input` | Prompt and model-specific media input. |
| `metadata.parameters` | Model-specific generation settings. |

Submission creates an asynchronous task. Save the returned MixRoute task ID and poll [Query Video Task](/api-reference/endpoint/query-video-task) until a terminal state. Do not resubmit solely because a client times out.
